## Eminent domain
I heard this topic during one of the US presidential republican debates and it kind of took me back to some very dramatic Indian movies. Donald J Trump or Donald Drumpf (thank you John Oliver for your research) as you all may know supports the law. If you were one of those families how would you be affected by it or if at all? Does it depend on your financial situation or circumstance in life while such a decision has to be made? Is it similar to the Apple vs FBI fight where it really depends on if you are one of the families that got affected in the San Bernardino shooting or just an outsider?
It also states 'payment of compensation'...again it ends up to how much emotional DOLLARS?!?
Humans are so tricky and unpredictable- such laws were made with only He knows what was the mindset. I am not particularly supporting however should the project therefore justify a ROI in terms of how many people or developments that society may profit out of ? or should it end of the day reside on the property owner's hands?
